Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Network Analyzer app (referred to as "Application") for Android mobile devices, created by Sqeez Studio (referred to as "Service Provider") as a subscription-based service. The Application is a network diagnostic toolkit available exclusively on Google Play.
Agreement to Terms
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application are not permitted.
Subscriptions
Network Analyzer uses Google Play Subscriptions for access to premium features, managed via Adapty. By subscribing to the Application, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are charged to your Google Play account in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store under My Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. The Service Provider does not process refunds directly.
- Subscription pricing may change from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
Acceptable Use
The Application provides network diagnostic tools intended for legitimate network troubleshooting, analysis, and educational purposes. By using the Application, you agree that you will not:
- Use the network tools to conduct unauthorized scans, probes, or attacks against networks, systems, or devices you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
- Use the port scanning, LAN scanning, or other discovery tools to target third-party systems without authorization.
- Use the Application in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Use the AI NetChat assistant to generate or transmit harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate access to the Application for users found to be in violation of these acceptable use guidelines.
AI NetChat Disclaimer
The AI NetChat assistant is provided as an informational tool to help users with general networking questions and troubleshooting guidance. The following applies:
- AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.
- Responses do not constitute professional IT, network engineering, or security advice.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damage, data loss, or consequences arising from actions taken based on AI NetChat responses.
- Do not share sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in the chat.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using the Application you also agree to the terms of these third-party providers where applicable:
Data and Privacy
The Application collects and processes certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider does not accept responsibility for unauthorized access to the Application resulting from loss of your device or credentials.
Intellectual Property
The Application and all associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Sqeez Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Application may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of the Service Provider.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service Provider does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any network diagnostic results provided by the Application.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or network disruptions, arising from the use or inability to use the Application or its network diagnostic tools.
Updates and Changes
The Service Provider may periodically update the Application to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates may change or remove existing features. The Service Provider may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. Active subscriptions terminated due to a violation of these Terms are not eligible for refund.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
