Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Network Analyzer app (referred to as "Application") for Android mobile devices, created by Sqeez Studio (referred to as "Service Provider") as a subscription-based service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Network Analyzer is a network diagnostic toolkit that includes tools such as Wi-Fi analysis, ping, traceroute, DNS lookup, speed test, LAN scanning, port scanning, and an AI NetChat assistant. The Application does not display advertisements.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• Device ID and platform identifiers
• The features and pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application overall
• The operating system and device model you use
• Crash reports and diagnostic information collected via Firebase Crashlytics
• Usage analytics collected via Firebase Analytics

Network Diagnostic Data

When you use network tools within the Application (such as ping, traceroute, DNS lookup, port scanner, speed test, and similar features), the Application may send network requests to external hosts you specify or to publicly addressable internet services. This is necessary for the tools to function. The following applies:

• Network diagnostic requests are sent from your device directly to the target host you specify.
• Results are displayed in the Application and may be saved locally on your device as history.
• Test history and saved results are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Sqeez Studio servers.
• Speed test measurements may be processed via a third-party speed test service.

AI NetChat Assistant

The Application includes an AI NetChat assistant that can use basic network tools and respond to user questions about networking. When you use the AI NetChat feature:

• Your messages and any network diagnostic context shared with the chat may be transmitted to a third-party AI service provider for processing.
• Do not enter sensitive personal or confidential information into the chat.
• AI responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional IT or network engineering advice.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Network Analyzer uses Google Play Subscriptions for monetization, managed through Adapty. When you purchase a subscription:

• Payment is processed by Google Play. Sqeez Studio does not collect or store your payment card details.
• Adapty processes subscription state and entitlement information to determine your access level within the Application.
• Subscription data (such as subscription status and expiry) may be shared between Google Play and Adapty to verify your active subscription.

Advertising

The Application does not display advertisements. There are no ad networks integrated into Network Analyzer.

Your Privacy Rights

You have several rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: You can request access to the personal data we collect about you.
• Right to Rectification: You can request corrections to any inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data where we have no legitimate grounds for continuing to process it.
• Right to Know About Data Sharing: You can request information about how and with whom we share your personal data.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can opt-out of analytics data collection through your device settings or by contacting us.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as:

• Maintaining the performance and stability of the Application
• Making data-driven decisions about new features and improvements
• Complying with our legal obligations
• Resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements

Typically, we retain most user analytics data for 12 months from your last interaction with the Application. Crash reports may be retained for up to 90 days. Certain data may be retained longer if required by law.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information:

• The right to opt out of targeted advertising

Third Party Access

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Please be aware, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
